Accountable Cleaning LLC was formed after its founders, Lucas and Dana Mahowald, realized that there was a need for a company specializing in kitchen exhaust cleaning focused on customer service. While there existed companies in this industry that would provide good customer service only in part, Luke and Dana saw a need for a company whose goal was to provide good customer service from all aspects. This included everything from cleaning the kitchen exhaust system properly to cleaning up after themselves.
November 1st, 2011
Accountable Cleaning LLC acquired the hood cleaning division of Future Services Inc. That acquisition expanded it's service area to Iowa, Eastern North Dakota, Western Wisconsin, and Northern Minnesota.
June 25th, 2012
Accountable Cleaning LLC expanded to the East Coast and added an Operations Center in Springfield, NJ. That expansion extended the service area to New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New York, and New York City.
The remaining Fire Suppression / Extinguisher Servicing and Installation division of Future Services Inc. was acquired. That acquisition allowed Accountable Cleaning LLC to expand it's services to include Fire Suppression / Extinguisher Servicing and Installation. Accountable Cleaning LLC was also renamed Accountable Cleaning and Fire Protection.
