We are trained and certified (FPC LTD) to service all pre-engineered fire suppression systems. This service includes properly testing all pertinent components of your fire suppression system, inspecting your kitchen area, and documenting any deficiencies. Because we are also a certified installer we can effectively offer solutions for resolving any deficiencies.

Fire Suppression System Servicing

We remove all nozzles and make sure there are no obstructions that could prevent your fire suppression from working properly. If necessary, they will be cleaned and always replaced.

It is important that all fusible links are replaced during the service. They need to be replaced with fusible links rated according to the heat produced by your cooking equipment during your highest volume times.

A report that details the servicing of the fire suppression system will be left on site. This report also details any deficiencies we found during the service. The report contains all details of the service the AHJ may require.

We keep track of when our customers are due to be serviced. We contact our them (via email or phone) to schedule the job, and follow-up the morning-after-service to make sure they are completely satisfied.

We fully test the functionality of both the fusible link and manual pull portion of the fire suppression system. We also test the operation of the fuel (gas) shut off and microswitch (if present).
