Affixed to each hood system and panel that we clean, with the date cleaned, date the next service is due, and the initials of the team leader who was at that job.

An exhaustive list of tasks that our crews must complete at every job, ensuring that we took all the necessary steps while servicing our customers.

A report that details the condition of the kitchen exhaust system (electrical, hinges, etc...), along with a list of the digital photos we take at every job. This report also details any deficiencies we found during the service.

We keep track of when our customers are due to be cleaned. We contact our them (via email or phone) to schedule the job, and follow-up the morning-after-service to make sure they are completely satisfied.

Our crews are required to take digital photos of the entire exhaust hood system, evidence that they cleaned everything as they should.
